INGREDIENTS

FILLER-A100 + AMINO ACID

An exclusive combination of Filler-A100 and Amino Acid to renew lengths and fill-in ends of long thinning hair. The Filler-A100 is a patented ingredient owned only by L'Oreal Professionnel composed of Filloxane and Polyquaternium PQ6. FILLOXANE acts as a thickening agent. It targets sections of fragility and deeply penetrates for visible thickness. POLYQUATERNIUM PQ6 acts as a resurcfacant, it envelops damaged portions of the fiber with care and deep conditioning for renewed hair health.

Use

Break the tip of the concentrate and apply the entire dose directly to towel-dried ends. Twist to penetrate deeply leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse.

Returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via our Contact Us link. 

For most returns, we will provide you with a link to obtain a return shipping label, free of charge. Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, in it’s original packaging. and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt).

Defective products and products under Warranty will be replaced and/or given an online store credit at our discretion, and based on product availability. If you are not happy with the performance of a product or feel that it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement product or an online store credit, which may be issued, at our discretion, as determined on a case by case basis.

For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us

When a purchase is made at the store level, you have the option to return/exchange the product at the store, or you may send it to our Head Office via Canada Post.  Simply package the product with a copy of the receipt and mail it to 101 Jevlan Drive, Vaughan, ON, L4L 8C2.
