Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days
Orders normally ship via Canada Post and delivery times will vary, depending on your location
You will receive an email with a tracking number once we process your order for delivery
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the driver may choose to leave a notice card for pickup at the nearest postal outlet
You have 7 days to pick up your order from a postal outlet or it will be returned to us
We reserve the right to ship parcels to directly to the nearest postal outlet due to weather conditions, size of the parcel, or to avoid theft
We only ship to Canadian addresses

on all orders across Canada (no minimum)

all products are purchased direct from the manufacturer
