Dream Filter Pre-Shampoo Mineral Remover by Color Wow collects and lifts off minerals from your strands to unveil and protect optimal color. This breakthrough pre-shampoo spray filters out minerals typically found in city and well water that destroy the clarity, intensity and beauty of your hair color. Traces of copper, iron, magnesium, calcium, chlorine and other elements that can otherwise remain in your hair will warp your color over time, making it look yellow, brassy, ashy green, or dull, dark and dingy, depending on the mineral content.

Use
Apply Dream Filter to dry hair before shampooing. Spray evenly to saturate hair. Wait for 1-3 minutes, then shampoo. For best results, use Color Wow Color Security Shampoo and Conditioner.
Tip: Suggested use is every 3-4 shampoos to keep your color looking fresh and bright. But in cases of frequent exposure to well water or chlorine, you can use it more often (even daily) because Dream Filter is extremely gentle.

Returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via our Contact Us link.
For most returns, we will provide you with a link to obtain a return shipping label, free of charge. Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, in it’s original packaging. and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt).
Defective products and products under Warranty will be replaced and/or given an online store credit at our discretion, and based on product availability. If you are not happy with the performance of a product or feel that it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement product or an online store credit, which may be issued, at our discretion, as determined on a case by case basis.
For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us
When a purchase is made at the store level, you have the option to return/exchange the product at the store, or you may send it to our Head Office via Canada Post. Simply package the product with a copy of the receipt and mail it to 101 Jevlan Drive, Vaughan, ON, L4L 8C2. Please write the store location (and salesperson if possible) on the receipt. When we receive it, you will receive a full refund or exchange on your purchase.
